The Success Lab Annual Membership Agreement

Annual Membership and Automatic Renewal
The Success Lab annual plan is a 12-month membership, billed as a single payment at the start of each membership year. Your membership will renew automatically each year, and your payment method on file will be charged, until you cancel. We will email you a reminder before your renewal date. Your annual rate is locked in: as long as your membership stays active, you will be charged the same rate you originally paid at each renewal. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals by emailing Dr. Christine Li at procrastinationcoach@gmail.com. If you cancel mid-year, you will keep access through the end of your paid membership year, and your membership will not renew.

14-Day Refund Policy
If you decide The Success Lab is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing Dr. Christine Li at procrastinationcoach@gmail.com. Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Once the 14-day window has passed, no refunds will be provided, including partial refunds for unused time. Once your annual membership has renewed and billing has taken place for the next year, no refunds will be provided. To avoid being charged for the next year, please cancel before your renewal date.

Coaching Call Recordings
Coaching calls in The Success Lab may be video recorded. By joining, you understand and agree that these recordings may be kept within the program materials and made available to members as replays for one year from the date of the call. After one year, recordings may be removed from the program.

Confidentiality
All materials and content of The Success Lab are confidential and provided for your personal use only. This includes, but is not limited to, lessons, worksheets, tools, live and recorded coaching calls, replays, and anything shared by Dr. Li or other members. You agree not to copy, share, distribute, post, sell, or otherwise disclose any program materials or content to anyone outside of the membership, during or after your membership. Please also respect the privacy of your fellow members by keeping anything they share on calls or in the community confidential. Recordings may not be downloaded, re-recorded, or shared outside the program.

Educational Purpose and Disclaimer
The Success Lab is offered for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or medical advice, and participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Dr. Li. By enrolling, you agree to take full responsibility for your results and understand that individual outcomes may vary. If you need mental health support or emergency services, please contact a licensed mental health professional or your local emergency services.
