I'm Dr. Christine Li

I’m Dr. Christine Li — a clinical psychologist, procrastination coach, and the creator of the Re-Energize Your Home Challenge. For more than 25 years, I’ve been helping women break free from the patterns of clutter, avoidance, and overwhelm so they can finally feel calm, confident, and in control again.

My specialty is helping you make resistance a thing of the past, so you can live fully in the present moment and make the absolute most of your time and energy.

I believe that when you clear your space, you clear your mind — and that every small shift in your environment opens the door to a lighter, more vibrant version of you.

You taught us that when you are overwhelmed with clutter, start with smaller than small: Touch just one, two or even three pieces of paper and consider that a win. I did not give up on myself after that. Once I started, I moved into a ‘flow’ state that I now crave and I know how to get there. Thank you so much!!!

It's clear, my kitchen has been cleaned top to bottom, the bedroom ceiling fan no longer has cobwebs hanging on it, the shower is clean, and more.
