Knowing what to address and who to address can be challenging. We will commit to the policy and practice of doing your best to speak directly, confidently, and truthfully in order to get your needs met.
When we know which direction we want to go sometimes it takes a shift in our perspective. We will work to develop mastery over our own mindset in order to smooth the way and to avoid getting stuck unnecessarily.
Feel like you never have enough time? We will discuss how to be mindful of how we use our time, both for work and for relaxation, and implement systems in order to make our time usage more efficient.
Adjusting to this new way of life we are living is a little more than challenging. This may leave you feeling unsure of how to move forward. And in the midst of those new challenges, we often overlook even the smallest of things that make a major difference because we are so caught up in the stress of procrastination and the busyness of everyday life.
This is exactly why I created this training for you. I want to help you move past the place of uncertainty and go back to the basics so you can develop trust in your schedule, your relationships and yourself.
