Meet Your Procratination Coach, Dr. Christine Li

 

Procrastination is a subject that fascinates me and is near and dear to my heart. In working with procrastinators and in trying to increase my own productivity, I realized that many procrastinators suffer in solitude.

I also observed that Procrastinators are not only isolated, but many also tend to lack basic and fundamental skills necessary for getting things done. And I don’t necessarily mean ones that are easily teachable –how to communicate in a timely manner, how to handle other people’s expectations, and how to let go of the need to be perfect, for example.

I’ve seen over and over again how Procrastinators benefit from reaching out for assistance and then rather happily emerge from their feelings of shame and their sense of stagnation.
