While learning how to get rid of the procrastination habit in my own life, I realized how important the quality of our habits is to our happiness, well-being, and success.

I also saw within myself and in the stories of my clients that some habits are harder to break and harder to develop and so...I got curious.

And for the past 25+ years, I have worked to develop the quickest and most powerful strategies to help people to get out of their own way and to get started on the journey of building the "right" habits -- the ones that are related to your goals and the ones that you'll be able to sustain and maintain.
